Delivery drivers are practising strict hygiene measures to make sure shipments get to their destinations safely, including social distancing, contactless deliveries and simple pickups to help flatten the curve.

Toys at The Wolery delivers to Australian addresses only.

We use Sendle (not PO box) & Australia Post for our deliveries, which are a safe, secure method of transit.  

We deliver Monday - Friday not including public holidays.  

You will be sent a shipping notification email with your individual tracking code.  You can then track the progress of your parcel ...

Items are dispatched when payments is received.  Delivery times will vary depending where in Australia you live.  Usually between 1 - 10 days.  If an item is not in stock, we will notify you with a date of availability.  If this time frame doesn't suit, any monies paid will be refunded.

A signature is generally required upon delivery, but if no-one is in attendance the parcel will be taken to your local PO (Aust Post) or left in a safe space (Sendle).

We accept Direct Bank Deposit - (please contact us by Email at info@thewolery.com.au), Bank Cheque, Money Order and PayPal (preferred).

 

Returns & Exchanges:

 

All our products are carefully checked before delivery, postal insurance is available please contact us for information.

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us and return the item within 14 days in the condition received by you with all original packaging and proof of purchase and we will assess the problem.  If the product is faulty we will either replace or refund it, plus postage costs.

If you change your mind we are happy to refund minus the postage.

All items should  be used by the appropriate age and always under Adult supervision.

Gift Wrapping:

 

We offer a Gift wrapping service with a personalised gift card for $2.50.  The gift wrapped item can be sent directly to the recipient at an address you specify.

Packaging:

​

Although presentation is important to us, to keep costs down and to keep waste to a minimum, we recycle all packaging that we receive.
